Below are the point of SWOT Analysis that students and NGOs get from the fund-raising activities during Covid-19 pandemic that is to aid the people who are struggling during the Covid-19 pandemic. As we all know, the pandemic had affected our economy negatively resulting in thousands of individuals losing their source of income. For this, students are conducting fund-raising and donating the collection to a selected Non-Profit Organization (NGO). The fund then will be used to purchase daily necessities in the form of food, toiletries and many more to provide to the unfortunate people.

Strengths
For NGOs:
1) High Demand for Services
After the Covid-19 when there is a scarcity of essential resources in the market, these NGOs performed a crucial role in fulfilling these demands for the society. People who are not able to get enough help from the hospitals they can approach to these NGOs help and these NGOs trying there level best to meet the requirements of the people in the country.
2) One Major Donor
During this pandemic time, these NGOs are the major contributor and performs a vital role to overcome these kind of pandemic situation by providing for essential resources to the society with the help of which people can safeguard themselves and their closed ones from this pandemic crisis.
Students
1) Assist by good leader and lecturer
All the fund raising activities by the students are carried on by them in the guidance of good leader and lecturer who guides them to how to use the collected funds for the betterment of the society.
2) Get Information about the place that involve
Students with the help of such fund raising activities are able to know more about the places in which they are doing such kind of activities and with the help of these activities they will get the practical exposure of the society as well.
Weaknesses
For NGOs and communities
1) Lack of community awareness
People are reluctant to donate in these kind of NGOs as they are not having enough about the role that these NGOs are performing to overcome from this kind of pandemic.
2) Underdeveloped Board of Trustees
The Trustees of some NGOs are underdeveloped and not have proper knowledge about how to utilize or manage the funds for the betterment of the society.
3) Lack of Institutional Funders
The main drawback with these NGOs is they are not supported by the Institutional funders like well established banks and big corporate houses because of their missing trust factor.
