Educators are expected to establish and maintain respectful relationships with children, respecting their unique personality, skills and cultural backgrounds. Promoting the emotional well-being of children is very important aspect. Moreover, educators are also encouraged to create a caring and inclusive environment where children can interact socially. Educators should emphasize the importance of actively indulging children in different activities and encouraging their contribution and participation which play a pivotal role. It is important to help children develop a positive self-identity. 15 Microsystems refer to immediate environments in which children interact directly with people and institutions on a frequent basis. It also includes families, schools, peer groups and caregiver. Moreover, relationships and interactions also affect a child's development. Interpersonal relationships within the microsystem play an important role in constructing a child's beliefs, values, and behaviours. For instance, positive and supportive relationships with mother or father, siblings, teachers or peers contribute to a child's social-emotional well-being and self-esteem which is a key aspect. Mesosystem involves the crossing over of children's microsystems such as the relationship between a kid's family and school. Furthermore, mesosystem indicates that experiences and relationships in one environment can influence a kid's experiences in another environment. For instance, good relationship between child and teacher at school can positively influence relationships with families at home. On the contrary, if they express dislike, it will negatively impact the other way around.
