Identify the socialization process- We can identify the socialization structure through human behavior and the dynamics of how they interact with one another through the socialization process. Inherited Behavior- behavior that is a behavioral response or reflex response by people due to their genetic endowment or the process of natural selection Learned behavior- this behavior involves cognitive and adaptations that enhances a human beings ability to cope with changes in their environment that enable them to manipulate the environment in a chance that allows them to survive. Models of Influence Personality can be analyzed in many ways by having influence of other individuals, groups, and organizations. Personality can influence behavior because managers can predict behaviors of employees, peers, and superiors. Situational factors can have influence on personality. Nonhereditary factors exert more influence on personality and employees hereditary factors.
