Secondly, we should actively listen to and respect the perspectives and experiences of people from different cultures, valuing their insights and contributions. Thirdly, we can adapt our communication and practices to be inclusive and respectful of cultural differences, such as using inclusive language and being mindful of cultural norms in our interactions.
