I agree with the Gehert's guidelines for measurable goals based on how specific and relevant they were. Great observation and use of learned skills. I chose the case study with Michael to pick a case study with a challenge. I also agree with your diagnosis choices as well. Leroy (2014) mentioned the use of strengths based approach to allow the client to find strengths within adversities.
