He has recently started drinking and is aware that he is now dependent; he cannot go about his daily duties without a drink. The risk of drinking alcohol while taking antidepressants can be significant. John’s alcohol consumption can have a complex effect on the antidepressants he takes. In certain circumstances, alcohol can completely negate the advantages of antidepressants. John could potentially worsen his depression or increase the side effects of his medication. His best work as a IT system operator comes from is manic periods; he always has the most intelligent moment. A couple of months ago, he was experiencing more negative emotions than positive ones and was having trouble meeting his deadlines. His medication was not working for him, and he found out that cocaine can cause mania from reading about it. After taking cocaine, he felt creative, energized, empowerment and focused. He accomplished more work than he had anticipated. He addiction to cocaine has led him to become dependent on it ever since then. Papita may encounter much stronger and longer lasting due to cocaine. Due to his bipolar disorder and cocaine, he is more susceptible to feeling suicidal. He may experience paranoid and surly feelings instead of feeling energized and happy.

To combat his fatigue, he uses caffeine. Throughout the day, he drinks coffee and sometimes adds an energy drink for extra boost.
Rex’s schizophrenia symptoms can be exacerbated by excessive caffeine intake. Excessive caffeine consumption can result in unusual thoughts, insomnia, restlessness, and manic symptoms.
