Telehealth in Counseling Literature Review Today, consultation can be done effectively and made possible through telehealth. Customers can receive care and services more conveniently thanks to telehealth. Qualitative and quantitative studies suggest that telehealth can benefit kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). ASD Today's children gain and benefit immensely from telehealth because it makes getting treatments simple and convenient for them. Telehealth may not benefit everyone, but research indicates that it may benefit kids with autism spectrum condition. Writing well is a crucial part of both counseling and psychological research. Telehealth Article #1 Information about the advantages of telehealth for children with autism spectrumdisorder (ASD) could potentially be discovered within the article "A Randomized Controlled Trial of Functional Communication Training via Telehealth for Young Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder" (Lindgren et al., 2020). This study attempts to demonstrate the manner in which ASD children's problematic behaviors (ages 21 to 84 months) restrict them from learning and connecting with others. (Lindgren and associates) 2020. In order to treat children with ASD for major behavioral issues, they investigated whether telehealth would be effective. This was done by designing the project as a randomized controlled experiment (RCT). The experiment was carried out using a single-case design for each participant. A certified behavioral consultant oversaw the therapy activities for the parents (Lindgren et al., 2020) .Given the fact that it proved effective and/or beneficial in comparison between the two groups, the medication was given for 12 weeks. According to the study's hypothesis, parents will receive training and
coaching via telehealth to apply FA and FCT tactics, which will aid in helping their kids become more socially adept and minimize problem behaviors when compared to kids receiving standard care. Second, both during and after treatment, the kids will be able to show that they are capable of paying attention and finishing tasks. 2020 (Lindgren et al.) Third, parents will use telehealth to report if their child has agreed to the treatment plan. All FA and FCT procedures were carried out by the parents in the children's home under the guidance of a coach who was made available by behavioral specialists through telehealth. Within the study, a quantitative analysis was carried out based on the information collected from each participant. Each FA and FCT visit's observation sessions were recorded and rated, and all participant data were collected using a single-subject design. Year 2020 (Lindgren et al.)In comparison to children who received normal therapy for 12 weeks, the results show that telemedicine helped children with ASD minimize problem behaviors by 98%. Telehealth Article #2 For ADA children, the authors of the study "Investigating the Accuracy of a Novel Telehealth Diagnostic Approach for Autism Spectrum Disorder" (Smith et al., 2017) seek to provide and/or present a more expedient, convenient, faster and useful diagnostic process. In this study, an innovative and/or unique telehealth diagnostic approach that uses clinically supervised at-home video recording is compared to the traditional diagnostic examination (Smith et al., 2017). This study compared the Naturalistic Observation Diagnostic evaluation (NODA) and the IPA in-person evaluation. 51 children from the Southwest of the United States and one child's

parent took part in this study (Smith et al., 2017). Western Institutional Review Board approved the study. The NODA program, which allowed the parents to record their children every 10 minutes, was set up on their mobile devices. Smith (2017) and others The following situations—including family meals, play dates with friends, alone time, and parent worries—had to be reported by the parents. Every recording, according to the post, ended automatically after ten minutes, allowing parents time to submit or delete the video. This study may employ both qualitative and quantitative research. Qualitative research because interviews and videos of clients' behaviors were taken. On the other hand, data were gathered and calculated utilizing the recorded videos. According to ( Smith et al., 2017), " NODA was compared to the IPA by calculating the percentage of agreement and the DSM–5 symptom level was measured by summing the values on the sub criteria and calculating a two-way random effects model interclass correlation coefficient." According to the findings (p. 248), NODA increased and/or improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the diagnosis procedure for children with ADA. Telehealth Article #3 "Telehealth and Autism: Are Telehealth Language. Assessments Reliable and Feasible for Children with Autism?" is a research article. A quantitative study by Sutherland et al. (2019) shows how Telehealth can be used to diagnose ASD children with speech-language issues. According to the report, one approach to get around potential impediments to face-to-face
speech-language therapies is through telehealth. Children were expected to attend school from the age of nine to twelve in order to participate in this study, which sought to show how Telehealth is a great alternative to face-to-face services. (Sutherland et al., 2019) Clinical Evaluation of Language Fundamentals, 4th edition Australia & New Zealand, was the exam utilized for both face-to-face and telehealth evaluations(Sutherland et al., 2019) . For both the in-person and telehealth outcomes, the "Bland-Altman Limits of Agreements" were employed to measure the results. According to the research, telehealth is particularly helpful for ASD kids receiving speech-language therapy. With fewer obstacles, it can assist a greater number of children in receiving the treatment they require sooner. Qualitative and Quantitative Research Reports There needs to incorporate be both qualitative and quantitative research in a counselor's report. In qualitative resexarch, the emphasis is more on subjectively produced descriptions and observations than it is on objectively measured data. In qualitative research, deeper scenarios can be tested. Participant observations and interviews are the primary data gathering techniques used in qualitative research. On the other hand, quantitative research data is based on totals, figures, and statistical analysis. Quantitative research is also used to support and test theories. Combining qualitative and quantitative research will be essential since it will let the researcher be more flexible and allow for unlimited study time.
Characteristics of effective Writing and Publications in Counseling The ability to communicate clearly and accurately through effective writing and research articles is a benefit to counselors. Second, the writing in the research should be well-organized to make it simple for the reader to follow. In the paper "Telehealth and Autism: Are Telehealth Language Assessments Reliable and Feasible for Children with Autism?" Because we could readily recognize the essential elements of the study report, the author had a solid document structure (Sutherland 2019). This paper's objectivity was clear-cut. By comparing the CELF-4 Scores obtained by the telehealth SLP, Sutherland (2019) determined the paper's dependability. The hypothesis was supported by the validity of the paper. Bland-Altman plot representations and its applicability served as examples of the document's standard. This research paper was clear and straightforward on the topic. Conclusion The benefits of telehealth for kids with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) have been shown in numerous studies using qualitative and quantitative research. When a researcher is clear about the requirements for writing and publication in counseling research, the reader can quickly and simply move through the writing. The researcher will also need to appreciate the significance of differentiating between qualitative and quantitative research because doing so will help them gain a deeper understanding of their subject. They can also compare and contrast the findings of the research with this, though.
