2 Project One Introduction: Describe the purpose of your memo and the plan to address the scenario in 1 to 3 sentences. This memo's goal is to reach the right people in order to raise donations to the non- money made . Its specific purpose is to determine whether there is a discernible trigger for intensely sympathetic and perceptive emotions. The secret to large and consistent donations is the (perspective / rational assessment of what matters and what doesn't) donor feeling pity for our cause and wanting to provide a hand, thus it is critical to figure out how to elicit that reaction. Conclusions: Describe your findings in an executive summary of 4 to 6 sentences. Include the following in your conclusions: The main points you want to convey to your audience Rationale for your points in the form of data summaries This memo's goal was to discover what causes genuinely compassionate, understanding feelings in order to enhance donations to non-(money made/good thing received) by targeted groups. This is because fresh donations have been shown to be made as well as ongoing ones. The data points to/shows that all of those studied have deeply caring, understanding feelings towards others, The data shows that the middle class and the (class of people who work hard and don't make a lot of money) have the highest amount of deeply caring, understanding feelings, the middle class having an overall average of 4.06 and the (class of people who work hard and don't make a lot of money) having an overall average of 4.01. At 3.95, the upper class scored (a) little bit lower. Even while the higher class does exist and has more money available for donations, it appears that the middle class and the class of individuals who work hard but don't make a lot of money are the targets of donations more frequently. The middle and upper class should be the targeted demographics, according to the data that has been presented. Discussion: Main Analysis: Describe the summary statistics and frequency distributions, taking into account the scale of measurement for your data. Refer to the graphs you created. Your main analysis section should be about 2 to 5 sentences. The classes that responded the best were the middle and (class of people who work hard but don't make a lot of money) (Figure 1); these two classes also scored the highest in the deeply caring, understanding feelings ratings. The averages in these two categories were nearly equal. The upper and lower classes had the lowest response rates, and they also performed worse when it came to intense empathy and understanding. This suggests or demonstrates that the desire to complete the survey
3 itself is what leads to a higher grade for truly compassionate and understanding feelings. Graph One: Create a graphical representation of the qualitative (nominal and often ordinal) data to support your main analysis. Ensure your graph meets the following criteria: You include a narrative to introduce your graph into your memo. Your graph is accurate and objective. Your graph appropriately represents the data. You use the appropriate type of graph for the data. Your graph is labeled appropriately. Graph Two: Create a graphical representation of the quantitative (interval and/or ratio) data to support your main analysis. Ensure your graph meets the following criteria: You include a narrative to introduce your graph into your memo. Your graph is accurate and objective. Your graph appropriately represents the data. You use the appropriate type of graph for the data. Your graph is labeled appropriately.

4 Recommendations: Describe the actions you believe your audience should take in 2 to 5 sentences. Based on the data, it is suggested that more targeted appeals for donations to the upper class be made. According to the ratings, the middle class and the class of individuals who work hard but don't make a lot of money are rated as having nearly the same truly loving and understanding feelings as the upper class, although the upper class clearly has more money available for donations. In conclusion, it is advised that the upper class be targeted more because they have the capacity to give money as well as the profound empathy and understanding. Limitations: Describe the limitations of both your data and your summaries in 1 to 3 sentences. Since the top and lower classes only account for 11% of the sample population, the number of respondents in each class varies/differs dramatically, which can have a considerable impact on the scores as well as the means. An increase in the number of respondents in each class could modify the recommendation by influencing the truly caring and understanding feelings scores overall.
