Inquiry Project
Scenario Inquiry Project 2 As a teacher in a daycare school, I have encountered a behavioral issue with one of the students that needs to be addressed for their betterment. The child has been displaying disruptive behavior during group activities, affecting their own learning as well as that of other children. He is very aggressive and non-sense. His main focus was on other activities like messy the classroom, irritating other students and manymore. Firstly, I observe and document the specific behaviors exhibited by the students, noting the frequency and potential triggers. This helps me gather concrete evidence and insights to share with the students' parents. I initiate a respectful and constructive conversation with the parents of the students involved. During the meeting, I express my concerns and provide examples of the disruptive behaviors witnessed in the classroom. I emphasize that our shared goal is to support the children's social and academic development. Recognizing the importance of involving parents in addressing such concerns, I decide to communicate with them.

Apply knowledge to Action Plan Inquiry Project 4 Here's how I approach the situation and develop an action plan to address the children's behavioral issues: Observation and Documentation: I begin by closely observing the specific behaviors exhibited by the students. I note down the frequency, duration, and potential triggers for these behaviors. Communication with Parents: I schedule a meeting with the parents of the students involved to discuss my concerns and observations. During the meeting, I approach the conversation with empathy and understanding, emphasizing our shared goal of supporting their children's development. Collaborative Action Plan: Together with the parents, we collaboratively develop an action plan to address the behavioral issues. Consistent Implementation: I ensure that the action plan is consistently implemented both in the classroom and at home. I communicate regularly with the parents to provide updates on their child's progress and to seek their feedback and insights.
Implementation Inquiry Project 5 During the meeting, I began by expressing my concerns about the child's aggressive behavior and shared the documented activities to provide specific examples. I approached the conversation with empathy and understanding, emphasizing our shared goal of supporting the child's development. I encouraged an open and collaborative discussion, allowing the parents to share their insights and observations about the child's behavior outside of the daycare setting. Together, we explored potential triggers or underlying factors that might contribute to the aggression. This could include changes in the child's routine, stressors at home, or any significant life events. By actively listening to the parents' perspectives and concerns, we gained a deeper understanding of the child's behavior. We discussed strategies and interventions that could be implemented both at school and at home to address the aggression.
