Document your ratings for each of the five factors as identified in the personality test results. Include your score for each of the factors and how you rated on each factor, as well as your strongest personality trait as shown by your highest score. Openness to experience I scored a low range score of 27 percent. This means I am a down to earth person who doesn’t cause problems, who’s is traditional, practical and is a very conservative. Conscientiousness I scored a low range score of 20 percent. This score has identified that I am the sort of person who is spontaneous and prefers to be flexible on plans but is disorganised. Extraversion I scored in the middle of a percentage of 37. This means I can be in between friendly and reserved depending on my mood. I like working with others and am very formal. Agreeableness I scored a percentage of 9 this means I’m in the low score. I’m a kind person who has a good nature, wants to please people but can be competitive and is also compassionate. Natural reactions was my highest score of 76 percent which is in the high score. I can experience strong negative emotions which can react in feeling anxiety. I am the sort of person who is prone to worry. b. Reflecting on the results, identify what stood out for you in terms of what it tells you about yourself as a person. Looking back on my results it has identified strongly exactly who I am as a person. Depending on my feeling and actions that have been taken, it changes the way I reacted and feel to each situation. Natural reactions described me perfectly out of all of them, I am the type of person who will worry about anything and get anxiety over this. The other strong point that describes me the best way was agreeableness, I am kind hearted and I always want the best for other people. c. Thinking about the questions asked as part of the personality test and your learnings as part of this unit, identify five of your emotional strengths. Generosity: I’m always willing to help people and make others happy. Trust: I’m very trustworthy of people, if they show me the good in them. Loyalty: When someone shows me who theare there as a person then I respect that and show how loyal I am to someone. Forgiveness: I put thing passed me and carry on moving on. Thinking about the questions asked as part of the personality test and your learning as part of this unit, identify five of your emotional weaknesses. I find it difficult to approach others. I fear for the worst. I trust what people say easily. I prefer to be alone. I overindulge and go on the binges. e. Explain how you believe the emotional strengths you have identified above help your workplace performance and relationships Looking at my emotional strengths shows that I want to succeed and try my hardest in what I am doing. They also identify that I want to build up a trustworthy, kind, happy environment to work in and I am passionate in going so. This shows clients that it is a good environment to be surrounded by and everyone is treated correctly. f. Discuss how you believe your emotional weaknesses hinder your workplace performance and relationships. My weakness affect affects my work performance and relationships because I’m a timid person and people can the relate that to being a closed person, having less interest or not as passionate at work. Being shy person some can’t acknowledge you as binge there you can often be put aside and forgotten about. g. Complete the following table about personal stressors at work. Identify at least four sources of stress that are most likely to result in workplace stress for you, your stress response (emotional, physical, behavioural) and behavioural) and actions that you can take (or have taken) to manage stress. Treated with respect: Some people tend to treat people disrespect because they think they are better than other. No matter how good you are, you should respect the other people at work. What other criteria could you use other than those in the personality test to determine your own emotional strengths and weaknesses? When I determine my own weakness and strengths, I will look into opinion of my friends and fam ily, I believe they will give me a constructive feedback that I can use to improve myself. I could also make a list of my habit and behaviour and try to rethink about it, in any case I can also can look for some professional assistance where they can help to identify my emotional strengths and weakness better with their professional knowledge.
