Introduction
I believe that for us to be productive members of our society not only shall we abide by the law, but by a certain few more aspects that could contribute to a more cohesive integration with others. Those aspect are values reflection of our character, ethics example of honesty and principles in which ones self-govern and lasty world view in my personal case Christian. By living by those we are not only potentially impacting our domain, but as well making a difference in the world. With this paper I will be writing about my personal philosophy, character, ethics, and my worldview. By contributing to this paper, I expect to be able to self-
evaluate to better express my Cristian worldview. I will be highlighting some of the characteristics of my personal ethics that are influenced
by my worldview. How I am making a positive impact with my contribution to the organization who I work for. How I contribute to society and promote equality, empathy, and its applications in my household. Furthermore, how other than Jesus Christ I have found in my father born in 1933, inspiration despite not having formal education other than the one he was able to obtain answering the calling to serve in the name of God. Lastly, I expect to conclude how I am planning to continue contributing to National Security as I perform my duties in my organization. Character
Often, we have seen people being referred to as someone with a strong character like if there is some source of disadvantage from possessing a notable characteristic. In today world we have seen how society, social media and many other external factors influence and how often we

bend over those self-moral ethics to better accommodate or fit in certain places. Rae described why morality matters “having moral character still essential to most people conception of what make a person flourish in his or her life (Rae, 2018. p.11) moral character is one of those qualities we often do not perceive at first sight but separate us from the rest of the people in a crow. I found in the Holy Bible a verse related to character “Better the poor whole walking blameless, than the rich.” (Proverbs, 28:6 NIV). This Bible verse refer to an attribute this is an example of character being measured by the qualities not the quantities. In other words, not by possession that will grant some source of status but by status earned with attributes displayed by virtues. Many cases attribute the lack of character to many circumstances as to mention some examples lack of a worldview, absent of a role model, socio cultural disadvantage as such as poverty and lack of education. This is the reason institutions recognize a common necessity to develop an overall baseline to meet the needs and as well being implemented to an organizational
level. The US Army Doctrine Publication explain that “A person’s character affect how they lead. A leader person's reputation is what others see as character (ADP 6-22 p. 2-1. 2019). Furthermore, leaders who believe adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and unit standards build
credibility with their subordinates and enhance trust of the Nation they serve. Despite diverse background we can come into an agreement that for lack of guidance, the interpretation and definition could help to develop character. For adverse actions out of their control or circumstances we could potentially learn from this to better serve and grown in moral, ethics, and values whether personal or professionally. Ethics

Coming from a very humble traditional family since early in life was especially important
to my parents teaching us moral values such as honesty, patience, placing God first, being grateful this will become in my future as well as other examples part of my moral compass. I will
never forget one of the life lessons I first learned and that will follow me to this day. In one of those occasion during Bible studies I did not want to stand during a prayer, and this was made in form of reverence to God, I will attribute this decision to be young and revel I did not understand
the importance of my role in the congregation for being the son of a pastor and took my father punishment for me to understand. To that even I will never forget how the words he used gave me the justification of how some actions I take today will be based out of that experiences in where he told me that I have a responsibility and the people expect from me an example despite what pothers may do I must have to do what is right because at the time I was the son but today I
am a father and it was not ultimate I have a own children’s for me appreciate those values that were inculcated in me. This life lesson, how I like to be called, has followed me my whole life. As a father I continue practicing some of this lesson that were taught to me with more lenient measures but hoping to one day causing the same effect caused on me. “Start children’s off the way they should go, and even when they are old, they will not turn from it.” (Proverb 22: 6 NIV). As a Non-Commission Officer, a lot of my values and situations in where I have found myself on many occasions have been influenced by my personal moral values. To facilitate this leadership role the Army as an organization has developed their own ethics for us a leader to follow. This Army ethics are most known as The Army Values for us this is a great reference of how we should ad professional can conduct the relationship with superior and subordinates. By constantly displaying ethics and making sound judgement in the decision process, in other words

ethically right choices we can support the proper character development. Nevertheless, we are reassuring the trust of those we swear to protect. Ethic is a normative or prescriptive in that it attempts to establish norms, standards, and perspective that guide humans and institutional behavior and character (Hollinger, 2002. p.14) I could not agree more with this statement often we prefer but do not analyze the potential and ethical decisions thar we carry out. Worldview
Worldview allows us to understand our surroundings a lot of our worldview has an influence from diverse background, places, factors that influences this are parents, teachers, cultural background, society itself. A biblical Christian worldview comes from the biblical theology as Christian leaders our responsibility is to use our view and assumptions as a filter by which to make meaning of the discipline of leadership (Lemaster, 2019. p.124). The Holy Bible is a book inspired by God and Jesus Crist is the lord and savior who gave his life for us. Furthermore, God have a plan for our lives, and we must trust and have faith even the path seems
unclear. I attribute a lot of my worldview to my parents and how I was raised, I was taught about faith about putting God first. This mentality has guide me through challenging times, since I understand most of the things that happen in my life have a purpose designed to make me a better person for me and those who I love and like in John 15:12 NIV Jesus said “Love each other as I have loved you.” Application
The application of the worldview could be implemented at three different organizational levels, the operational, middle level management, and executive level. This concept could apply in mostly every aspect not just professionally. Starting at the operational level it is particularly
6
important for those who are members of the teams to understand their roles. As leaders it is essential as well to lead from the front, and with an exemplary display of character to provide the
guidance somebody will need to accomplish the mission. Enabling the operation and the importance of their job needs to be recognized as valuable members as they are acknowledging efforts goes along way and promotes the right work, organizational atmosphere. The Cristian worldview at the operational level could potentially bring team cohesion and
provide a scene of purpose for those like to mention an example have an alternative worldview. Believe in God, sharing the gospel should be a daily mission for those who know the scripture and how Jesus Crist was able to change the world with His sacrifice. Now Crist next to the Father intervening for us “Jesus said to him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” (Romans, 3:23 NIV). Middle level management for me are always essential because of the relevance of their jobs, they are the middle between the upper and lower and the role makes sense in my case of command intent. In the role that I have being performing in my last two years I have learn that in
this level we must poses and uphold to the upmost of our abilities cores values and ethically professionally behave in a way that our actions our reflection of our potential, leaderships, sound
judgment, courage, and intellect. I personally as leader and to my worldview love to be a servant leader when most of the time instead of dedicating myself to use the power vested on me and the authority of my rank or position in my organization as I command join while purse those goals that to my understanding will make us better as whole. As servants we must dedicate ourselves to
others and allow our testimony to lead those in need. The importance of a life of service untimely
to me is the most noble cause one can pursue “For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as ransom for many.” (Mark, 10:45 NIV).

Lasty and to conclude the application of a worldview in the executive level in other words the higher level is the most essential and ethically necessary this should always be a summary of everything we want and expect to see in the different organizational level. Holding ourselves and members to a higher standard needs to be prioritized. We expect others to follow with no question and for that character must be well known, ethics must o be nurtured and faith when present needs to be praised. I have my personal believe that success reflects leadership, and
as long we are leaders, we need to provide subordinates with the means to succeed. Not only succeed but us and the glory to God when things go according to our plans. As well our testimony needs to speak for ourselves my personal Cristian worldview has help me to develop a leadership of a loving father figure. My faith and trust in God have guide me to difficult times and dangerous experiences, and as I grown and challenge myself to learn more from myself, I never take for granted every single opportunity for me to practice and preach my faith and love for God and how he has blessed me and my loved ones.
