Don’t really meet up regularly right now due to scheduling and life however he has been a
mentor for 30 years in my life and got a new pastoral position so we will prob go back to
meeting regularly which makes me excited!
Some people who pour into my life are my wife and family.
They remind me to not get lost in the busyness and they help me to be joyful in the little things.
They are a gift and such a gracious blessing from God

What are your thoughts concerning the need for a mentor and the benefits?
My thoughts on the need for a mentor and the benefits of it are that it is so important to
have someone who will be there for you and bring wisdom to your life that you cannot see on
your own.
Why are mentors uncommon?
Mentors are uncommon because people tend to try to figure out life on their own and do
not want discipleship
Is the lack of mentors due to the difficulty in finding one or due to scheduling?
I think both are factors however I believe if people looked for a mentor they would find
one but would tend to not want to schedule things out of it being an inconvenience
What are some common traits of a mentor and the one being mentored?
Some common traits of a mentor would be they are older than the mentee and they also
have lots of wisdom knowledge and experience
Some common traits of a mentee are a willingness and eagerness to learn.
