RUNNING HEAD TITLE (SHORTENED) 2 Abstract This paper aims to conduct a comprehensive examination of the Amazon organization from the perspective of the Human Resources management department, with a specific focus on the behavioral aspect. The analysis will delve into various subjects such as leadership styles and theories, the company's culture, noteworthy organizational transformations, and ethical dilemmas that may arise. Furthermore, we will investigate the influence of these topics on the overall operations of the company. Upon concluding this paper, readers will gain a deeper comprehension of the intricacies involved in overseeing a vast organization like Amazon. Culture plays a large role in an individual’s view of the world.Each culture has a unique taste and blend of music, language, and customs.Experiencing two completely different cultures has been both eye opening and intriguing.The Whitworth in China experience has provided me with a broader view of the world and an understanding of a different perspective through an Eastern lens.I have been able to understand how my worldview impacts how I interact with others, particularly through ethics and epistemology, policies,Gilkey’sShantung Compound,and my own personal journey with Whitworth in China program. In order to understand the worldview of an individual it is important to know and understand the various aspects it includes, such as Epistemology, Metaphysics, and Ethics.The Christian environment that I have been raised in has influenced my beliefs and decisions; therefore my ethics are based upon the Divine Command Theory (DCT).According to Wyma DCT “bases right and wrong, good and evil, upon God’s revealed commands” (Wyma 36).This form of ethics provides a higher authority upon which to rely and an objective source of moral right and wrong.Even though I have grown up with a Christian background, I have also come to understand that one’s own worldview must ultimately be based on an individual’s own choice. My epistemological viewpoints rest primarily on empiricism and authoritarianism. Through experience and trusted authorities I have come to terms with how I view the world. For me, faith and reason are interconnected. I do not believe that following a worldview just

I believe that it is important to have a basis for why I believe what I believe, but also understand that it takes a leap of faith as well to believe in something bigger than one’s own self.
