1.Out of the policies talked about above, the one I beleive the United States would likely implement is mandating pay transparency. In the second paragraph, it talkes about the wage gap issue the U.S. is exspeirencibg. Implementing the pay transparency policy could help make changes to that gap and bring the U.S. closer to pay equality. Utilitarianism would consider the interest of all individuals, therefore would support pay transparency. Utilitarianism is making society happy. Equal pay for others or even the ability to see the pay gapes in the U.S. could bring joy. Deontology deontology would consider what is right and what is wrong. With Deontology would promote the best decision for the U.S. the pay transparency policy supports the duty to individuals receiving equal pay. Virtue ethics focuses on the justice of pay equality. Is it right for men to be paid more than women? Virtue ethics would support policies that are for pay equality rather than policies that do
not. Justice theory is more political than the rest. On a political standpoint, pay equality may disrupt social justice. Aside from the political view there is also some fairness and justice associated with this theory. Pay equality is fair
