Trust forms the bedrock of my leadership, as I empower team members to take charge of their growth and choices, fostering an inclusive environment where their unique strengths can shine. Additionally, I advocate for timely and well-informed decision-making, holding ourselves accountable for our actions and promptly addressing challenges to progress toward our goals. Leadership Style and Approach My leadership style is best described as transformational, with a touch of servant leadership. I aim to inspire and motivate my team to reach their highest potential by fostering a sense of purpose and belonging. However, I also recognize the importance of adapting my style to different situations and individuals. In high-stress situations in the simulation lab, I often adopt a situational leadership approach. For instance, during a critical emergency scenario, I may take on a more directive role to ensure immediate patient safety.
