for Engineering-Related Homicides" by Willats, discuss certain laws and regulations that all engineers should be aware of. They discuss issues such as negligence and product liability, statute of limitations, criminal charges against engineers upon accidental death. Engineers must understand this law because it will enable them to perform their roles effectively and without endangering the society at large. “Products Liability Law: What Engineering Experts Need To Know” by Moll focuses on a law known as product liability, and why engineering experts need it. It discusses the role and utility of expert opinion evidence on product liability. Additionally, it gives consideration to a number of essential considerations in such instances, such as duty of care, breach of duty, causation, and damages. The article also discusses several methods in which a company may be made accountable in case of negligence, deception, etc concerning their goods. They conclude by
discussing possible difficulties which experts may encounter with their legal evidence and advise
them to perform efficiently.

Related Homicides” by Willats is a report on some irresponsible engineers who killed people. He
believes, however, that the present laws are inadequate for sentencing these engineers. These deaths are not viewed simply as accidents but as crimes. The author demands stricter regulation of engineers whereby those who fail in their duties suffer severe consequences.
In conclusion, all three publications deal with some legal issues related to engineering, but each of them considers separate facets of the topic and presents individual perspectives.
