Mission Statement Bring the best available and affordable appliances to customers while providing superb customer service. We guarantee customers satisfaction with every product sold and service provided. Problem/ Opportunity Statement Appliance Warehouse might have challenges when adding a service department. With product growth, there will be an increase in service calls. Which will later increase the need to hire new employees to avoid a backlog of service calls. If not delt with, customers’ satisfaction will decline. After the implementation of the service department, a service survey should be provided to customers so AW can get feedback and continue to increase better service and customer loyalty.
