Problem Justification: Half Baked aims to address the challenge of aligning production and supply chain capabilities to meet the specific requirements of Tim Hortons. This includes ensuring the consistent production of high- quality pita bread in sufficient quantities to satisfy the daily demand of 500 pitas per franchise. Cost Benefit: The costs of increasing production and matching Tim Hortons' demands are justified by the possible long-term business gains. This includes improved revenue, market diversification, and the formation of a strong alliance with a well-known food industry brand. 2. Project Summary: The project comprises of producing and delivering pita bread to Tim Hortons for a new Mediterranean-inspired sandwich. The supply is projected to last six months, beginning October 1st, 2021, across 50 of Tim Hortons' busiest franchises. 3. Weather and environmental factors are anticipated to be within normal ranges and will have no substantial impact on pita bread manufacturing and delivery. All equipment will work properly. 5. Project Constraints: The project must comply to Tim Hortons' timeline. Quality requirements must be maintained without sacrificing production efficiency.
