I completed the SWOT Analysis Quiz.  The most challenging category in the quiz, for me, was opportunities.  I viewed some opportunity options as weaknesses.  I have learned what might be considered a weakness could actually be an opportunity for a company to work on/succeed at. I believe marketers tend to overlook opportunities.  An opportunity may be viewed as a weakness rather than the opportunity that it is for the company to grow.  By viewing these potential opportunities as weaknesses, the company can be negatively impacted by the loss of company growth.  Overlooking opportunity could also negatively impact customer base because there could be an opportunity to fix an issue but instead the company could just view that issue as a weakness.
