The restaurant has a TikTok presence featuring a review, adding a dynamic touch to its marketing. Objective This project focuses on addressing key marketing challenges faced by Teak & Charlie Jersey Girl Pizza. The identified issues include minimal use of social media for advertising, a non- functional official website, and a small number of reviews on various platforms. Problem identification The marketing problem identified is, I. Limited social Media Utilization: Ineffectual use of social media channels for advertising and customer engagement. II. Non-functional Website: The current official website is non-operational, impacting online visibility and customer interaction. III. Few reviews on the restaurant. Improve the rating on Google Maps to from 4.6 to 4.8 and the number of positive reviews on TripAdvisor from 103 to 200. Retain 80% of existing customers.  Deficiencies Teak & Charlie Jersey Girl Pizza's marketing efforts lack a robust social media strategy, a functional website, and a substantial number of reviews. These deficiencies hinder the restaurant's reach and overall online presence. Data gathering potentials. To address these challenges, data will be gathered through, Surveys: administer a questionnaire. Content analysis: assessing existing reviews and social media content for insights. Depth interview: talk to people. Conclusion This project aims to enhance Teak & Charlie Jersey Girl Pizza's marketing strategy, focusing on improving social media engagement, rectifying the website issues, and encouraging more customer reviews. By achieving these goals, the project envisions elevating the restaurant's marketing presence and fostering business growth in the near future. 3
