2 Activity The product I propose to highlight is the chain restaurant that only serves vegan meals. For food recipes In America, it is evident that most fast-food eateries offer meat dishes involving chicken, pork, fish, and steak. Likewise, clients may desire to attempt new recipes or search for vegan meals; it could be tough to obtain vegan recipes even if every food chain provides them, but only in the vegan sector. Furthermore, consuming the same foods will result in clients developing habits that will make them admire them all through. As a result, I identified a restaurant that delivers vegan desserts and ice cream to clients in the region. The issue of the location of the restaurant will be a significant factor in determining where to place it. I would consider the demographics and the resident’s segments, which is what attracts them and will show them an interest in the restaurant; I would also have to restructure the business plan so that the strategy will be due to the target market. Furthermore, I would identify where to have access to the clients (Degtyaryova et al., 2020). The metropolitan cities I chose as the site for this restaurant include Montana; this is the locale for my restaurant to locate because of the high population density, which will enable marketing and client attraction to be more accessible and less costly. The consumer who purchases vegan foods will be the primary target. Selling vegan products and attracting vegan consumers are also aspects of my enterprise. But even though the STP structure is simple (Ferrell et al., 2021). I should pay special attention to my opponents and suppliers. My competitors will be neighborhood cafes, major food chains, and well- structured food trucks. Still, I will thrive from emphasizing my marketing on pricing, which is based on profit margins and the will of the client, product which will improve the provision of
3 the creation concerning customer requirements together with placement and promotion, (4Ps) specs, benefits, and advantages which will highlight the unique features of my services. My firm's collaborators will be the vendors who will provide me with the required commodities, making them the firm’s collaborators. Engaging the restaurant's personnel and working together to organize an event that will raise awareness, enhance the dining experience for customers, and generate just sufficient funds to cover costs while also offering a percentage to charity. The partnership will catch the eye of the local media and officials, expanding my reach and awareness and reinforcing the notion that I am an essential member of the neighborhood (Degtyaryova et al., 2020). The presence of well-known cooks and well-known individuals, such as celebrities, will enhance attendance, assist in marketing the event, and promote sales. I want to promote my new product with this approach. In conclusion, I can start making the choices that will bring power to my concept and attract clients now that I am conscious of the target market and buyer I want to attract. Of course, once I have considered several choices, I will need to do more analysis. For instance, I will need to acquire a feel for the neighborhood market after choosing a venue. By implementing these actions, I may immediately boost my chances of success by establishing a solid foundation for my firm.
