Tucking Company
Part 1
The three core values that I find the most important to my future company are accountability, integrity, and teamwork. I choose accountability because my company has to be accountable for all products and drivers and the safety of each other. My future company will be
proud of what we do and make sure that what we do is done right the first time. We will be held to a high standard at all times and above other companies. Secondly, I chose integrity because we
are going to do what is right and do it the right way at all times. We will follow the rules placed before us. We will remain honest and truthful to our peers and customers. Lastly, I chose teamwork because we will not only work for you we will work with you to make sure all the tasks are being done right. Togetherness is across the board when it comes to our company. My company will conduct itself to the highest standard out before us. We will make sure we work as a team to complete all tasks in place in our hands. We will not leave you wondering what is next or when we will be arriving or where we currently are, or how long it’s going to take
from point A to point B. Communication will always be one of our top priorities and we will always communicate with our customers in a timely manner to meet our customers needs. Our culture will mainly be developed around trucking safety. Trucking safety is to not only include our drivers but to include our equipment and the process to and from the customers. Our drivers actions and education will always be taken into consideration. Training will be done quarterly. We will also monitor and keep accountability of all products such as freight on hand or in our care. The demographics and persona of a customer differs because demographics refers to the
3
age or gender or race and sometimes it could include the net worth or income of a customer, while the persona goes a little bit deeper. Persona is what drives or why they are doing what they are doing or why they chose you to handle their product. It is like their personality that they have
or character as a company/customer. The five attributes that make a company person for my company would be what motivates them or what kind of drive they have to achieve their goals. It
also will be their attitude like do they care about their product and how is being handled. Another
thing is for they to have realistic goals so that my company can operate safely. A big one is challenges. How do they handle challenges as they arrive especially when diversity hits such as a
rejection of a load? These are all things I look for. The slogans from companies that are similar to
mine would be as follows, Carry your Load, Ready for Transportation, Trucking Awesome. The ones I would choose for my company would be Freight Ready On Time and Product Road Ready.
Part 2
The three names that I choose that I think will work for company is N and W Logistics, JD Enterprises, and DJ Transportation. I choose those three because they tie two families together under one roof or company. The brand expressions that I thought stuck out the most to me and that I thought will fit my company of choice is Leading the Way and Making Your Day, Sealed and Delivered, Live by Rolling 365 days, and my bonus pick is Turning Wheels 365 days.
I could not really choose between the last two so I listed them both. While creating my brand expressions I thought about what will my company really be doing how it will be doing it. I also thought about what can be said in very little detail or words. With that being said by using those

B. Consumer Markets & Consumer Buyer Behavior
Marketing by the Numbers Evaluating Alternatives
One way consumers can evaluate alternatives is to identify important attributes and assess
how purchase alternatives perform on those attributes. Consider the purchase of an
automobile. Each attribute, such as gas mileage, is given a weight to reflect its level of
importance to that consumer. Then the consumer evaluates each alternative on each
attribute. For example, in the table, gas mileage (weighted at 0.5) is the most important
attribute for this consumer. The consumer believes that Brand C performs best on gas mileage,
rating it 7 (higher ratings indicate higher performance). Brand B is perceived as performing
the worst on this attribute (rating of 3). Styling and price are the consumer's next most
important attributes. Warrant is least important. A score can be calculated for each brand by
multiplying the importance weight for each attribute by the brand's score on that attribute.…
