The idea of diversity in the workplace strives to create harmonious and efficient environments by changing beliefs rather than simply altering behavior. In addition, cultural diversity allows one to identify and appreciate "ways of life" that are not even our own.
How does this goal support the organization’s needs and goals?
Diversity at the workplace guarantees a range of diverse experiences. Since diversity in the workplace ensures that workers may have diverse personalities and experiences, they are often more likely to have a range of different skills and experience which is beneficial to the company.
