Madeline Campbell Brother Anderson Leadership March 28, 2024 Group 1 Eric, CJ, and Katie did a team building exercise with the byui drum line. Some activities they did included trust falls, nonverbal line-up activity, personal trivia, keys games, etc. They wanted to create stronger communication between members of the drum line and wanted to get to know each other better. A success that they had was that everyone was friendly and open to them, but their main challenge was planning. They learned a lot about confidence and adaptability through this practicum. They also learned that patience is key, and plans don’t always go as planned.
