To: Senior Management From: Sandesh Karna, Middle Manager Date: 03/04/2024 Subject: Incorporating IoT into the Company’s Product Line Dear Senior Managers, I would like to propose that we integrate IoT (Internet of Things) in our company’s vehicles, after I used the RWW (Real, Win, Worth It) screening tool and looked at different documents such as CTO Brief, Comparative Growth Data, Comparative Operating Statistics, and Comparative Product Plans. Our cars and trucks need to have the Internet of Things integrated in them because this will match with changing customer expectations for connectivity and data driven products. The market analysis shows that there is a large and growing market for connected vehicles indicating the possible market size. With time technology advances which makes it possible for us to integrate IoTs while our engineering expertise allows us to produce such commodities. Connected vehicles will fulfill rising demand for better security measures, efficiency as well as driving experience. We possess competitive advantages such as [list competitive advantages]. However, there are likely to react but being pioneers in IoT can give us a step ahead of them. Because of in-depth market research and insights into consumer demands & preferences we can position our products right.
Integrated vehicle connectivity offers the possibility of massive returns to investors who are willing to pay a premium for these additional attributes. The introduction of connected cars dovetails with our goals of pursuing growth and expanding into new markets. This good is part and parcel of our company’s overall growth strategy, allowing us to diversify revenues and gain a dominant position in the market. The backing of top management is The inclusion of Internet of Things helps address dynamic customer requirements for connectivity, safety and convenience that keep our products competitive. Competitors will likely counter with their own IoT offerings, but we can solidify our position and hold onto our market leadership with first mover advantage. Fast-tracking the development work on connected cars fits into our expansion plans leading to creation of new income channels and reinforcing its brand reputation as an innovative leader in the industry. Finally, adding IoT into our product line particularly through connected cars represents a big chance for the organization to meet market needs; gain a competitive edge; and implement its strategic plan.
