Task 1 Interview Plan Name of the Project: Adidas Strung Shoes Project Manager: Peter Parker Interviewer: Allan Walker Participants: Professional sports athletes like Steph Curry, Lionel Messi, and Roger Federer. Location of the Interview: Headquarters of Adidas which is in Herzogenaurach, Germany, according to Adidas (n.d.). The Plan: 1. Topics Covered: Valuable Insights: The interviews are intended to gather beneficial thoughts and views from elite athletes on their demands and preferences for running shoe design. The project team hopes to gain full knowledge by looking into many factors such as comfort, performance enhancement, and desired features, which will inform the development of a truly creative and athlete-centric product. 2. Identifying Participants: Thoroughly identify and personally contact an exclusive group of world-class athletes known for their intense and consistent running training. This selection process will prioritize participation, to represent a varied range of running styles, preferences, and athletic backgrounds to enhance the feedback and insights gathered. 3. Scheduling Interview: Duration: Schedule interviews based on the athletes' availability, to keep each interview between 30 and 60 minutes. Timeline: The interviews will take place over two weeks to accommodate the players' busy schedules and allow for flexibility in scheduling. 4. Logistics: Format of the Interview: The interviews will be performed using video conferencing technology to create a virtual face-to-face environment, ensuring a personal and productive involvement regardless of the distance. Clear Representation: This method allows communication with visual aids such as design sketches, 3D models, and prototypes, giving athletes a clear representation of the topics being discussed. 5. Agenda: Introduction: Give a quick introduction to the athletes and explain the goal of the interview. Permission to Record: Request permission to record the interview so that correct notes can be taken and reviewed later.
