I think using data to drive decisions is important because it's based on facts and not just guesses or feelings. Data-driven decision-making helps you be more objective, so your decisions aren't just based on what you think or feel. It can also lead to better results for your business. For example, companies that focus on using data are more likely to make more money, get more customers, and keep them around longer (Lean Solutions, n.d.). When it comes to choosing between technology-based tools and other methods for assessments, it depends on what you're trying to do. Tech tools are great for handling lots of data quickly and can give you fast insights. However, sometimes you might need other methods, especially when you need to understand things that data alone can't tell you, like people's feelings or experiences (Lean Solutions, n.d.).

So, I believe the best approach is mixing both tech with other methods.
