Analyze the alignment between the organizations, mission, vision, values, strategies, and the proposed Change Management Plan This Photo by Unknown Author is licensed under CC BY-SA-NC
Analyze the alignment between the organizations, mission, vision, values, strategies, and the proposed Change Management Plan 1. Set clear objectives- Alignment is the goal. Clarity and transparency allow you to perform an Alignment Analysis. When it’s done, you can react based on the results. 2. Create an online Analysis Alignment so that the team can share information. 3. Brainstorm your Purpose, Mission, defining Goals, and Core Values. Create a list of ideas for each section. Then narrow down the best ideas. 4. Once this is done, promote your final Purpose and Values. Provide clarity so that everyone understands your purpose, missions, goals, and values. Placing these ideas in common places reinforces an all- hand-on-deck policy. Create recognition events to support the individuals who are living out the purpose in real time.
