2 PM/583: Organizational Transformation and Governance Dear Executive Leadership, I am writing to share with you the portfolio management process that I have designed for Bestmark National. This process is designed to help our organization achieve its strategic objectives. This will be done by aligning investments and capacity with those objectives. The process is based on best practices for effective portfolio management, including ensuring visibility into work and constraints, prioritizing around customers’ expectations, applying adaptive resource management, and monitoring and measuring performance. We will ensure that our portfolio management process is agile and responsive to change by following these steps. In addition, I have adopted hybrid methodologies when delivering the work to ensure that our portfolio management process is flexible and adaptable. The approach focuses on allocating resources as per market shifts and changing customer needs. Finally, I have implemented a real-time visibility system at the portfolio level to ensure that we have the information we need to make informed decisions about resource allocation, risk management, and other critical factors. I believe that this portfolio management process will help us achieve our strategic objectives and stay competitive in the evolving digital landscape. 3 PM/583: Organizational Transformation and Governance The process of utilizing strategic alignment is a framework that ensures all aspects of an organization. This includes the departments, their teams, and resources. We strive to ensure that they are properly arranged and working together to achieve the defined strategy or objectives. It will involve aligning the organization’s mission, vision, and operational activities with its most strategic goals. This process will offer many benefits, not excluding improved communication, increased efficiency, and better decision-making. This will provide much higher chances of achieving strategic goals. Process alignment involves ensuring that all business processes within the organization are designed and managed to support the achievement of strategic goals best. It’s about having the right processes in place, executed in the right way, to deliver the desired strategic outcomes. By aligning business processes with strategic goals, our organization can more directly meet its overall strategic vision or objectives.  The method that I have decided to use is the ADKAR Model. The ADKAR model is a goal-oriented methodology that focuses on individual change to drive organizational change. The communication requirements that will need to be implemented to ensure a smooth transition are first clearly define the change and the vision, and access all factors related to the change such as the risk, goals, and internal and external factors that could influence this change. Ensure consistent communication by using multiple channels such as focus groups, email notifications, and Zoom meetings. The tools and resources that will be used to support this change are the use of two different tools. The first tool is a Burndown Chart- this chart breaks down the task and will give a
