Assessment of survey participants regarding their comprehension of AI utilisation in hiring and the future prospects This assessment section takes a closer look at the hiring managers' responses regarding the use of AI in hiring both now and in the future. In addition to providing background on recruiters, the preceding paragraphs collected data on the application of AI in recruiting. This section will now look more closely at the data that was collected. The section that follows will look at the queries stated below: 7. What stages of the hiring process listed below does your company use AI software for? 8. To what extent do you feel that AI-driven programs are making it easier to find the best candidate for a job? 9. How much do you think apps based on artificial intelligence (AI) will eventually take the place of conventional hiring procedures? 10. Do you think that the application of AI is simplifying the management of human resources? 11. Are you interested in finding out more about AI-based hiring process solutions now or in the future? The question (question 7) asking hiring managers how much AI-based software they employ in their hiring process received responses from all respondents. To understand the extent of AI-based technology integration into the hiring process, this data must be gathered. The questionnaire asked questions regarding several steps in the standard hiring process. According to the responses, 33 respondents (66%) claimed they mainly utilize AI-based hiring technologies in the early stages of the hiring process (figure 8).
