You can use whatever format is appropriate and useful in your current organization. Remember If your organization likes .ppt, then use .ppt. If your organization likes memorandums, then create a memorandum. There are a few things that I think are critically important to persuading an executive. 1. Clearly defining what you would like to do. 2. Risk analysis 3. Cost/benefit analysis 4. Persuasive statements Here are the prompts that you can use for the persuasive argument: - You would like to convince your organization that there is value in allowing the use of every single AI/ML tool on the internet. - You would like to convince your organization that there is value in allowing a specific tool (or family of tools) that can be used by a limited group of people for a very specific purpose. - You already have some AI/ML in your organization, and you would like to persuade your organization that any further requests must go through an extensive review process, to include an executive approval, before a decision is made. - You would like to convince your organization that AI/ML is too risky for your organization and should not be allowed at this time. Write your paper in whatever format that you would like. Remember that this is going to the highest levels of your organization, so write appropriately. Minimum of one full page of content. Create something that is useful for you and your organization.
