2 Question one Non-profit organizations are a formal business that has been planned, organized and can be operated with an aim of generating profits to its owners. There are two types of non-profit organizations, that is, the public and private organizations ( Netzer, 2020). Examples of theories that give an explanation on the existence of non-profit organizations include market failure theory, contract failure and government failure theory. Most political organizations, business associations, schools, cooperatives, churches and social clubs are nonprofit organizations. The organizations get approval from the government in order to qualify to exempt tax but sometimes it may also get tax deductions. For instance, the Peer Forward group is guided by virtues such as trustworthiness, transparency and accountability. The programs involved in non-profits organizations help improve confidence in non- profits and the ethical standards they present. They aim at helping students and gave them guidance and counselling concerning their future careers. Non-profit organizations have an advantage of soliciting funds as long as they follow the procedures put in place. They also experience lower postage rates compared to private personnel. They make applications to the Postal Service for permission in order to be guaranteed the lower rates. They are also exempted from the labor rules from communal bargaining. On the other hand, Nonprofit organizations incur costs that comes along with incorporation. Its subject to record keeping responsibilities outlined by the government. Question two An example of non-profit organization include the United Way Worldwide which based in Alexandria, Virginia . The organization aims at identifying and resolving community issues (Breßler et.al.2016, September). The organizations concentrate on their mission and the approval they may get from the communities involved.
3 Question three The organizations help the individuals in the society in promoting culture, the social and educational status in the community. It also aims at eradicating poverty and to strengthen the societal virtues (Butler, 2015). It basically reports on how it runs its programs to donors, volunteers and the society in general.
