This book has a central theme and a name In the book, 'The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People,' they describe seven habits of highly effective people. Covey's book is a guide to personal development. The book's central theme is character-based success. In this book, you will find information about seven habits of highly effective people. In order to be proactive, thinking win-win, and planning with an end in mind, we need to practice active listening, synergizing, and sharpening the saw (Covey, 1991). These habits can help an individual achieve success both professionally and personally. There are three main topics covered in this book: communication, collaboration, and self-development. Following these habits can transform one from an individual who is dependent to one who is interdependent. The book's main arguments The author believes that an individual's success depends heavily on their personality characteristics. In this context, the author suggests acting accordingly and being successful in life. By explaining the effectiveness of several types of habits, the author describes several types of habits. The author (Trenberth & Hassan, 2013) stresses the importance of knowing what is most meaningful to you at any given moment. The two habits described above can improve people's objectivity, filtering, and intelligence. An employee's relationship with their manager Employer-employee relationships should be characterised by trust, reassurance, and friendliness. It is recommended in this book that the author begins by listening and seeks to be understood, then understands. To determine what employees like and dislike, managers should listen carefully to them. Managers don't like talking with their subordinates. The key to being a good leader is understanding his subordinates. In order to keep in touch with its employees, the company communicates regularly. A great deal of knowledge should be possessed by him. The skills of a good listener should also be included in his repertoire. His respect for a subordinate's opinion and viewpoint is unwavering. My goal is to become the type of manager I want to be It is my intention to use a democratic management style. As a result of this leadership style, everyone has the chance to contribute to decision-making. This facilitates the process of making complex decisions. As a result of this style of leadership, everyone's viewpoints and opinions can be included (Namiq, 2018). I am a strong leader and possess interpersonal skills, but I am weak at managing time and procrastinating. What the book has to say about management This book emphasizes the importance of management. The book teaches a
person how to follow the habits and skills of highly successful individuals. A good manager must organize, lead, plan, listen, consider others' opinions, and possess many other qualities. This book provides real-life examples and helpful guidelines. What is the most important part of this book? In this book, you will learn the most important seven habits. People can dramatically change their lives by changing their habits. This includes the ability to be proactive, plan and organize well, identify what is most important, think win-win, listen first, accept differences, and know your strengths.
