Introduction Organisational consulting is a process of setting objectives by analysing the primary issues and challenges faced by a reputed organisation in the market due to its ineffective practices at the workplace. Moreover, the scrutiny of issues and challenges is executed in the procedure of consulting in order to make appropriate recommendations for resolving issues (Phelps and Wood, 2018). In addition to this, there is a huge importance of consulting professional advisor for organisational management, for instance, if an organisation is facing leadership or lack of compliance with regulations can negatively impact its business profitability as well as reputation in the market or among stakeholders such as investors and clients. In this case, with the help of professionals who can facilitate management consultancy or related advice can be appointed for gaining long-term advantages (Crabowski and Stawasz, 2017). Moreover, with the help of experienced, professional and highly skilled experts in the team, we ensure the company will be able to overcome the financial and ethical challenges it is facing currently (Phelps and Wood, 2018). In support of this, this tender response is focused on the techniques or initiatives organisations can be benefitted in the market and the primary problems in the business can be resolved in order to make the business sustainable. Who Are You? Management consultants are known for helping multinational or local organisations by resolving their problems, creating value in the business or among clients, enhance the level of business performance and maximising growth. In addition to this, by analysing the current issues and challenges, the consultants identify appropriate solutions and make suggestions for the change that is required to be implemented (Ibatova, Kuzmenko and Klychova, 2018). In support of this, we are here to provide management consultancy to facilitate help to the organisations by 4
resolving internal and external issues, creating business value and inclining the level of communication or engagement with the workforce. Moreover, we gather important data or information about the client or company facing issues; this process is quite important in order to examine and recommend solutions for attaining sustainability in the business. In relation to this, we have a professional team and our experts facilitate advice to the firms along with counseling related to industry trends. The trends in the sectors such as finance, strategic leadership, risk management and digital transformation is provided as it ultimately helps in increasing the profitability of an organisation. Financial issues are often occurring in organisations whether large scale or small scale; in this case, taking our consultancy possible help in overcoming the barriers in growth. What is your brand? Our brand is focused on providing the best solutions to the clients rather than focusing on taking a huge amount for a mere consultancy; our aim is to make the organisations more sustainable and profitable in the business. In addition to this, we also focus on changing the organisational culture by making the practices ethical and socially responsible. In support of this, we also utilise the Triple Bottom Line framework and its concept that states that it is vital for an organisation to effectively focus on Planet, Profit and People for attaining sustainability in the business and creating value in business (Muñoz and Cohen, 2018) (See Figure 1). We are a team of skilled, proficient, experienced and experts who are focused on team working and resolving the issues faced by the client’s firm. We adequately counter the key issues and the root cause of the problem in order to resolve the issue and enhancing market share as well as reputation. 6

We utilise a professional and modified techniques for each and every case that allows firms to improve their image in the market or clients. Furthermore, we have helped hundreds of clients or large-scale firms by establishing sustainability in the business, inclining stock prices, profit and attracting investors for getting investment for the business expansion. What is your skill set? In order to help multinational organisations, it is vital for the consultant firms to have an adequate skill set; in this case, we have a team of experts who pose various skills such as problem-solving, effective communication (verbal and non-verbal), analytical thinking, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, data analytics and adoption of technological components. AMP is an organisation that is facing issues in its organisational culture; the company is a financial service provider to the natives of Australia and New Zealand; however, in the media outrage, the image of AMP is adversely affected as it promoted the CEO namely Boe Pahari for 8
the position of CEO at AMPC. In addition to this, the CEO is alleged for committing sexual harassment with a former employee. Moreover, we are willing to work with AMP in order to resolve the problems which are faced by the company such as toxic organisational culture, sexual discrimination and harassment. We will help in building a proper organisational structure, training employees and protecting their rights (Howell and Bengough, 2021). In relation to this, we have adequate knowledge of managing people of diverse cultures in the organisation. By investing time in deep analysis, we have found the core issue and it can be assured that the company is avoiding the issues such as ineffective team management and toxic organisational culture at the workplace. Furthermore, we do not focus on earning huge money from clients but we rather focus on creating value in the business and making it more sustainable by increasing employee’s productivity and creativity levels. Why are you the right ‘fit’ for AMP? We are the right fit for the company as we facilitate adequate and kind services to our clients and the main focus in sustainability; the enduring solutions we provide to the businesses with the help of calculative decisions and technology are quite effective to gain competitive advantage in the market. Moreover, we have deeply analysed the requirements and issues currently faced by AMP, for instance, toxic organisational culture and harassment issues (Schmulow, 2020). In this case, we will change the conditions of the organisation turning from loss-making to a sustainable organisation. We will also increase the profitability of the organisation by almost 100% to 200%. We have experience of the organisation who earlier faced similar issues and we helped such organisations to foster the relationship with employees and gain profitability. 9
