Cornerstone Connections, a social service/non-profit, must expand services while competing with local groups. The organization's stakeholder analysis, SWOT analysis, and TOWS report will help us answer this issue. The organization can find ways to enhance and increase services while competing with similar firms by studying these components. Stakeholder Analysis Cornerstone Connections' primary stakeholders influence operations and financing sources. Local and state governments provide contracts and grants, making them important stakeholders. They support Cornerstone Connections as a way to help Central Floridians in need and will likely lobby for further financing from comparable groups. Cornerstone Connections' Orange, Osceola, Lake, Seminole, and Sumter County customers are also important stakeholders. Their experiences and input are essential to understanding the organization's effect (Rankinen et al., 2019). Many use Cornerstone Connections' assistance and see it as a lifeline in difficult times. Cornerstone Connections typically works with local non-profits to help their constituents. The MOU with these non-profits improves resource usage and goal alignment, showing the organization's collaborative character. Volunteers' time and resources make Cornerstone Connections successful. Their skills and desire for assisting others are essential to meeting the needs of their communities. SWOT Analysis SWOT Analysis identifies internal and external strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for a company. These characteristics reveal how Cornerstone Connections may expand its services while competing with local groups.
Strengths 1. Experienced Leadership: The founder's 20 years in social services and non-profits assist the company. 2. Clear Goal: Cornerstone Connections creates self-sufficient communities. 3. Successful Programs: "Connecting HOPE" has empowered people before. 4. Strong ties: The organization has strong government, foundation, and stakeholder ties. Weaknesses 1. Strategies should stabilize financing, increase operations, and improve volunteer recruitment to overcome shortcomings including money, growing operations, and dependence on volunteers. For the organization to succeed, it must
capitalize on possibilities like a rising demand for services and prospective collaborations and mitigate dangers like regulatory changes and competition. The TOWS analysis helps Cornerstone Connections establish strategies to overcome problems and competition, strengthening its capacity to serve its communities.
