Attach links to relevant legislation, policies and procedures to this section of the portfolio. the signals that helped you identify that there was room for improvement in performance The team's willingness to participate actively in each meeting, the complaints and issues I will have each team member clearly explain the challenges faced thus far, and the space for me to work on performance improvement were the signals that allowed me to recognize that there was room for improvement. the areas of performance that required improvement - Communication - Time management - Team work the performance improvements methods that you selected and why Have the appropriate expectations. Establish goals and milestones. Prioritize, Plan, and Organize. Keep your focus. Take one action at a time. Don't abandon unfinished tasks. Effective Communication. I believe that setting the right expectations, setting milestone goals, organizing and planning, as well as prioritizing the task, avoiding distraction and doing one thing at a time, along with the fact to not leave things unfinished for me were the pillars in order for my team to improve their performance in the areas of inventions the mass groups that have been mentioned above. The key to achieving the aforementioned was having great team communication. the sources of information that you relied on to inform your decisions (don’t forget to include consultation processes) The data I used were based on sales figures, business requirements, and expectations. As previously indicated, the consultation process included open communication during meetings and, most importantly, daily communication among team members. the relevant legislation, policies and procedures that you relied on and how you applied them.
