INTRODUCTION Changes are very important in an organisation so that they can adopt various new methods to perform operations in effective manner. Changes can be defined as a realignment shift or fundamental change in the processes of an organisation. Change and transformation in businesses alter various processes, system, and people so that they can achieve their vision and mission and best possible manner (Kennedy, 2018) . It helps in achieving various competitive advantages which results in growth and success. This report is based on jobs international Ltd which is a family-owned company and founded in 1998. Its major shareholder is David Jacob who is managing director of that company and its headquarter is located in Delhi India. Currently it is a leading job consultancy in India which helps various individuals in finding employment in UK. This report includes recommendations and obstacles which managing director face in their organisation and implementation of the recommendations. This also includes action which have taken by the managing director along with the obstacles which they face and how they overcome them and effective manner. An action plan is also proposed along with the obstacles which can easily overcome with the help of that is also mentioned in this report. MAIN BODY TASK 1 Recommendations for operations to managing director Jobs international is a consultancy company which assist many individuals in finding most suitable jobs in boundaries of UK. In their day-to-day operations they find various challenges in managing their operations and business structure (Chlopczyk, 2019) . They were planning to expand their business in new geographical boundaries to Europe and Australia, but they are failed because of various reasons. Issues and problems result in downfall of the revenue generation and profitability which also leads in lack of resources which are required in expansion of business. Mr Jacob find various negative points in their rules and regulations, policies, culture, and structure of their organisation which must be altered to overcome the challenges. They tried to find alternative options to perform operations as their organisation also faces difficulties because of cultural differences as they hire various diversified employees. To overcome these issues and problems Mr Jacob can implement various changes like they should prepare their schedules which helps them in optimum utilisation of resources. They should keep on track on their accounting standards so that they can measure the differences in profitability on regular interval of time. Currently Mr Jacob involved hierarchical and traditional structure in their organisation which results in delay of decision making and planning which must be changed in a flat organisational structure (Jackson, 2019) . This helps employees in working in more flexible environment which results in developing their mind and creative and innovative manner. strict environment leads to decrease in efficiency and productivity of an individual which should be altered by providing some flexibility which results in high efficiency of employees in an organisation. Mr Jacobs should develop is strategies which attract the behaviour of their employs as well as customers so that they can earn higher profitability in effective and cost-efficient manner. They should always celebrate the achievements of their employees which can motivate them in achieving a higher goals and targets on regular basis. They should promote teamwork in their organisation which results and contribution of collective

Focusing more on the needs and wants of employees along with customers help Mr Jacob in altering their strategies and policies in easy and simple manner. Adopting flat organisational Structure rather than hierarchical structure provides employees sense of ownership and responsibility. Involving employees in decision making processes and planning help in contributing their positive efforts in operations. Mr Jacobs should take reviews and feedbacks of their employees on regular basis so that they can understand the behaviour and feelings of employees at workplace (Hurlimann, Moosavi and Browne, 2021) . Currently leaders of job international follows autocratic leadership is style which do not involve efforts and contribution of employs, so they must change and adopt democratic or free flow leadership in their organisation. This helps them in making their employees more confident and improve their productivity which results in establishment of brand image in overall market. Mr Jacob should also provide development and training sessions to their employees according to their expertise field so that employees know how to perform in an organisation. This helps them in making their organisation more professional in nature which can attract the mindset of their employees along with attracting customers because of improved services. Obstacles which are expected for Mr Jacob can face during the implementation of recommendations and how can they overcome them. Mr Jacob may face some of the problems and issues while implementing these recommendations which are given because of their strict organisational structure. Their rigid rules and regulations may take lot of time which affect the operations of organisation. Mr Jacob faces challenges in changing their leadership style as they get comfortable with a autocratic leadership style which was implemented from past several years (Paterson, 2020) . Due to lack of flexibility and involvement of employees they feel very challenging in implementing those recommendations as it take resources like cost and time. Adopting modern approaches in an organisation needs alteration in policies and strategies which is very difficult for Mr Jacob. They should give value and respect to their employees who are responsible for the achievement of goals and targets. To overcome the obstacles which Mr Jacob face, they have to train their employees in a particular manner so that they can remove the hindrance from the operations. They should involve their employees in regular sessions and meetings so that they can take reviews and suggestions from them which helps in solving various problems (Rye, 2018) . They should provide various benefits to their employs which motivate them in effective manner so that they can work in ethical manner. All these factors can help Mr Jacobs in implementing new changes in their organisation which results in higher profitability. TASK 2 Based on the consultant report, what are the actions that should be taken by Mr. Jacob There are various recommendations are included in the consultant report which helps Mr Jacobs in implementing various changes so that they can smoothly operate their business. To overcome various challenges like lower profitability, delay in operations, conflicts and wars in organisation mustreduce so that Mr Jacob can earn higher revenue generation. Various actions have been taken by Mr Jacobs so that they can provide higher quality services to their targeted customers along with satisfying the needs of their employees (Weber, Büttgen and Bartsch, 2022) . Mr Jacob provide training and development sessions to their employees so that they can inherit different skills which is required in an organisation. They also implemented and included
various motivational methods for their employees according to their performance so that employees can contribute their positive efforts. Mr Jacobs provides various monetary and non- monitory motivational benefits to their employees including salaries, vacation packages and other perks. They have developed strategies and rules which provides some flexibility to their employees which increase their productivity at workplace. They take feedbacks and suggestions from their employees on regular basis because they are front line executives which are responsible for various operations on daily basis. All the changes are properly documented so that they can transfer all the relevant and confidential information to their employees which helps them in guiding for the operations. To expand business in different boundaries of Australia and Europe Job International have to implement recommendations in their organisation. To achieve various competitive goals and advantages Mr Jacob how to implement modern approaches. Current market trends are very necessary to adopt for an organisation to engage employees as well as their targeted customers (Hong and et.al., 2019) . Changes and alterations help Mr Jacob in attracting new customers by providing high-quality of services in different areas which they must capture. It was very important for a job international is to transform their current structure of organisation into flat structure so that they can improve the productivity of their employees which are assets of an organisation. Leadership styles also should be changed because they create great impact on the behaviour of employs which affect the operations and profitability of organisation. To establish the good and positive brand image in all over the world it is important for a job international to change their structure, leadership style and motivational methods of them. Discuss the obstacles and how to overcome them. It is slightly difficult to implement changes in an organisation which are mentioned in consultant report. It requires lot of resources including capital and human resource which is difficult to source for Job International. Mr Jacob face challenges and difficult in implementing changes as their organisational structure is very strict and lack in flexibility which is negative point. This created lot of chaos in an organisation as employees become resistant to changes which affect their profitability (Cardellino and Woolner, 2020) . They must study their business environment in order to implement changes which helps them in understanding that changes are suitable or not. Following hierarchical structure from past few years can become huge challenge for them to transform it in the flat is structure which is more flexible. Flat is structure will help in saving their time and cost because everyone can discuss a problem and challenges and effective manner. Decisions and plans can be formulated in short period of time without any disturbances which results in higher profitability in an organisation. Providing trainings to their employees Mr Jacob find difficulties as it involves technologies and the capital which is not easy for them to arrange. In the initial stages changes took a lot of time in understanding by the employees who are responsible to carry out operations in Job Internationals. Due to a strict leadership is style they face problems in proper coordination and communication which creates conflicts and misunderstandings in their operations. There are various ways in which Mr Jacob can overcome obstacles in implementing changes in their organisation. They should create policies and procedures on initial stages which describes their objectives of business which provides a roadmap to employees. This helps them in commencing their operations in is smooth and effective manner which can overcome various difficulties. Training employees can result in inheriting required and necessary is skills in their employees so that they can perform and desired manner (Van Schalkwyk and et.al., 2022) . In order to analyse their business and different boundaries they have to adopt changes and
transformations in their strategies which can assist in proper expansion. They should promote their employees who perform well in their organisation which becomes a motivational factor for all the other employees. Managers should become expert in all the departments so that they can remove conflicts and misunderstandings from operations by providing effective solutions to their employees. Different motivational methods should use by Mr Jacob so that they can motivate their and tire workforce with the help of various benefits and increments so that they contribute their positive efforts. Job international should a hire and select employees who can carry out operations in required a manner which results in higher revenue generation in cost-effective manner. Leaders should involve employees in decision making so that they can convey various messages and information which are important for overall organisation. By implementing altered strategies, Job International can gain competitive advantages according to current market trends which helps them in effective and efficient expansion in new boundaries. TASK 3 Actions proposed by managing directors and why To achieve market opportunities, it is important to carry out changes which help Jobs International in upgrading their services (Cardellino and Woolner, 2020). They are planning to expand their operations in various other boundaries which demand transformation and alterations in their procedures. It will help their employees in increasing their productivity so that they can grow and develop their business. To overcome the challenges and issues, managing director proposed actions with the help of Kotter's change model which is discussed below: Kotter's Change model Creating urgency: This is the first step of change model which involves the attitude of both managers and employees who demands for changes in an organisation. Managers of Job International analyse their business environment and decide on the operations which must be changed to commence smooth activities. They discuss with their employees regarding operations and task and take feedbacks and reviews from them. Putting together: At this stage, managing director of Job International bring together all the connections, right skills, reputation, and qualification so that they can effectively carry out changes (Manley and Jackson, 2020). It involves various supporters and senior guiding teams so they can assist them in changes in best possible manner. Formulation of vision and strategies: The major aim of this stage is to develop and initiate various strategies which help Job Internationals in setting vision for the future. It helps them in measuring success so that they can take strategic decisions which help them in smooth operations. Communication of change vision: After the setting of visions, managers of Job International communicate all the policies and strategies among their employees so that they adapt changes and give reviews according to their mindset. It helps over all organisation in solving problems and issues which they were facing in the change strategies. In this way, all the manager and employees can contribute towards the growth and success of the organisation. Remove barriers to action: During the implementation of changes, Jobs International may face some challenges and obstacles which should be removed by managers (Paavola and Cuthbertson, 2018). They must understand them and formulate plans so that they can overcome obstacles effectively and efficiently. They focus on the effectiveness of structures, procedures, and reward system of an organisation so that they can smoothly implement changes. It results in improvement of performance, productivity, and targets of an organisation. Build on changes: This stage suggest that managers and employees should focus on the changes which are carried out in an organisation (Jackson, 2019). Employees of Job International should perform in correct direction according to the changes they have implemented in their organisation. They continue operations which are best suitable according to their business environment so that they can contribute in higher revenue generation. Stick on the changes: Employees should contribute their efforts in direction which results in making change in sustainable manner. Managers of Job international should discuss about the changes which they have formulated so that employees understand the importance and value of change. It helps them in performing their operations according to changes in continuous manner which helps in higher profitability. Obstacles which are expected and ways to overcome them. Changes results in various difficulties as the business environment of Jobs International is resistant to changes. They face problems in implementing changes due to lack of transparency and coordination among employees and management (Kennedy, 2018). They take lot of time in sourcing resources which results in delay of operations. In the initial stages they experience low profits as all the operations were get disturbed due to implementation of changes. To overcome the obstacles, Job International have prepared action plans for change so that they can systematically carry out changes. They formulate strategies which can help them in smooth operations. Managers of Job International arrange training and development sessions for their employees so that they know how to perform operations. They include eachemployee of organisation in decision making and planning process so that they can give reviews which are best suitable for them. Training makes employees more adaptable which help in performing operations according to the changes. They promote teamwork which help employees in contributing efforts in positive manner so that they can collectively achieve the goals and targets. Managers of Job International motivate their employees by providing them rewards and incentives (Day, 2019). This improve their productivity and performance which is required to continue operations according to the changes. Managers appreciate their employees on regular basis according to their performances so that they can achieve goals and targets.
CONCLUSION From the above report it can be concluded that changes help organisations in making strategies which are innovative and creative. This helps them in modification of their activities according to the current market trends which help in growth and expansion of the business. It changes the vision of business which help in establishing their brand image in positive manner. Organisation can easily achieve various competitive advantages with the help of changes in their procedures and policies. They take initiatives to improve their business so that they can compete with their competitors and achieve success. This report includes recommendations which help organisation in smooth operations along with the obstacles which organisation face during the execution of the recommendations. It involves action plan which is formulated to create changes and their related obstacles along with the solutions to overcome them. This report also discusses about actions which are taken by the managing director of an organisation and discussed about the various obstacles and measures which help in overcoming them.
