Communicate issues
Who did you meet with?
Explain the issues involved in
communicating with a business
contact and its relevance to the
meeting attendees.
HomeEd's founder, John Mansfield (a Home Education
Curriculum supplier based in Melbourne)
We talked about the following: LisbonCo College's CEO (Mr.
Freeman) believed that the additional software will be
included in the product offering (at no additional cost). He now
wants to cancel their subscription and give them a refund.
Moreover, I would like to hear from you regarding John and
Worlducation.
Feedback
What feedback did you receive
about the quality of relationships
with business contacts?
How will you respond to
feedback?
John's comments was generally favorable. He suggested that
Worlducation concentrate on handling urgent issues and
identifying the quickest fix. LisbonCo-like issues can be
resolved internally in the future; all it takes is finding the best
solution and having adequate funding.

Subject: Issue Discussion
Dear Mr John
The Lisbonco issue seems to be a huge deal from your
perspective, as we discussed last week. We merely need to
concentrate, as you suggested, on dealing with urgent issues
and identifying the quickest fix.
I want to thank you once more for your comments. I hope to
see you soon at another occasion.
Thank you,
