According to 15th Annual State of Agile Report (2021), the use of Agile has significantly increased, and two-thirds of the people surveyed said that adopting Agile has a beneficial influence on managing goals and aligning both IT and business. It also provides excellent insights into how agile would be implemented in the post-Covid era. Due to this constantly changing environment, the adoption of agile methodologies within businesses has been increasing. However, even in this new period, process discrepancies, cultural conflicts, and organizational wide resistance to change continue to be of the greatest importance (Digital.ai, 2021). Businesses are attempting to link IT and business with organizational culture and agile concepts. Some of the Salient trends identified: * The most significant obstacles to implementing and advancing agile concepts demonstrate how organizational culture continues to be a barrier for many firms. * Ninety-seven percent of participants said their business used agile development techniques. * Most participants83 percentsaid their business lacks agility skills. Some of the Emerging Trends identifies: * Projects will further the DevOps rebellion, which will gain popularity in enterprises, to deliver superior products at scale. * Growth of agile concepts and methodologies across teams outside of software development is another noteworthy emergent trend. Overall impression: It is obvious that agile is currently the most widely used approach and that agile will be the upcoming big thing. The consumer and will consequently think highly of you. The best thing about agile is it can beused in any situation, giving it a competitive edge through a variety of tactics (DevOpsGroup,2019). Agile may be used to handle several projects, making it helpful to everybody in any industry.
