I intend to conduct my research about workplace diversity and inclusion at Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce I plan to interview two individuals for the "workplace diversity and inclusion" project at Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce. The first is the HR manager who oversees hiring and employee relations. Their insights will shed light on recruitment practices and policies. The second is a long-time employee respected for fostering a welcoming environment. Their experiences will provide perspectives on daily inclusivity. Both interviews will offer valuable viewpoints on how diversity is managed and nurtured within the organization, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of Seneca Chamber's approach to workplace diversity and inclusion. Yes, I believe that the individuals I intend to interview will provide valuable responses for my analysis. The HR manager's role involves overseeing hiring and employee relations, which directly relates to diversity and inclusion practices. Their insights into recruitment strategies, policies, and the company's approach to diversity will be essential. The long-time employee, known for creating an inclusive environment, will offer insights into the day-to-day aspects of fostering diversity within the workplace. Interview questions 1.
