Welcome to the Student Assessment Tasks for CHCCCS023 Support independence and wellbeing.
These tasks have been designed to help you demonstrate the skills and knowledge that you have learnt during your course. Assessment for this unit
For you to be assessed as competent, you must successfully complete two assessment tasks:
Assessment Task 1: Knowledge questions – You must correctly answer all questions.
Assessment Task 2: Portfolio – You must collect evidence in a portfolio during your work placement to demonstrate that you have supported three people enhance independence and wellbeing. It also requires a workplace visit from the assessor and evidence of completing the activities over a period of 120 hours of direct support work. Work placement required
