What is the difference between law enforcement and policing?

Law enforcement refers to the incarceration of criminals and the deterrence of criminal acts.
law enforcement acts at state, local, and federal levels whereas policing only acts at local
and state levels. Law enforcement charges a person according to the crime and what ever
punishment follows "by the book". Policing is more about improving the quality of life by
implementing the law and keeping the peace on the streets.

Describe police corruption.

Police corruption is referring to the undermining of the law by a peace officer. this could
include bribery, extortion, abuse of power, cover ups, and much more behavior or conduct
that is acted out unethically or illegally by a peace officer.
