Advantages: Minimize the hiring cost : Labour cost in recruiting is high in terms of advertisement, travel expenses, third-party recruiter fees etc. Online through software which allows you to post free jobs openings on multiple social platforms just by one click. Effective : Online job advertisement is easily accessible to individuals, making it more effective method of getting your posts noticed. Online ads can be posted within few minutes and they can be easily posted on social media platforms within no waste of time. Disadvantages Security Issues : job applications often request sensitive information that could be used to steal an applicant’s identity or commit financial fraud. High Volume of responses : Because anybody in the world with internet across could see your job posting, you may be inundated with responses, may of them from unqualified candidates.
