Employees are expected to provide exemplary customer service by greeting customers within
the first 30 seconds after entering the restaurant and taking a seat. Prioritize running hot food
as soon as the order is ready to ensure our customers’ receive their food at it’s best. Manage
multiple responsibilities such as cleaning, restocking, answering call in orders and running hot
food while attending and maintaining quality service to the empolyee’s assigned section.

I would say my first 5 shifts following the completion of my training has gone exceptionally
well and I find myself becoming more efficient and confident after ever shift. In my opinion I
have done a good job of ensuring my tables are taken care of promptly and attentively. I
have developed several mental processes for myself to become more efficient and
ultimately provide better service for our customers’. When addressing my customers I am
always mindful to explain the daily special and offer appetizers/ deserts as well as making
myself available throughout the whole time they are
dining with us.

your assessment of the employee’s accomplishments.
Employee has demonstrated great potential in regards to how quickly they have learned
the ins and outs of this position. For someone that does not have prior serving experience,
they have done a great job of attentively providing good service to customers. Employee
does not have to be reminded about their additional tasks and responsibilities.
3.
Are there areas of exceptional performance that should be particularly noted?
Provide
specific examples.
Employee demonstrates great personal skills, they are able to effectively communicate and
answer menu specific questions
that the customer may ask. They are also prtoficient with
taking over the phone and accurately packaging online orders. Employee also completes
responsibilities to an above satisfactory level and has not been asked to re-do a task.
4.
Are there areas of performance needing more attention or improvement?
Provide specific
examples.
Employee could use more practice when taking future catering orders over the phone. This
is reasonable as they just completed training on this two shifts prior. Employee needs to
make a better habbit of ensuring orders placed are on the correct table and not submitted
as a quick order.
