Abstract
Provide a summary of your report that highlights key information to be shared.
Introduction
Don & Associates is a financial consulting firm that is growing at a rapid rate. The company
currently provides its services to small and medium companies and is looking to expand while
implementing viable solutions to sustain the fast-paced organization. Don & Associates is
focused on increasing productivity through technology within the Northeast region while
keeping costs low to acquire additional IT equipment, maintenance and upgrade their physical
infrastructure. The company currently consists of 125 employees and senior management and
supervisors need a cost-efficient service provider to successfully scale its IT requirements.
Statement of Need
Don & Associates, a monetary consulting firm, has experienced exponential growth over the years. To
keep up with the growing demand of a fast-paced organization Don & Associates will need to implement
a viable solution. Don & Associates has been operating within the financial industry for over 15 years
noting them as a profitable company. Additionally, Don & Associates is looking to expand its services and
physical infrastructure while minimizing expenses. By adapting cloud computing, Don & Associates can
quickly scale its IT requirements at a minimum cost with the prevailing market. The corporation currently
employs internal expenditures to maintain privately held infrastructure, which has been an expensive
effect of the company's steady expansion. Cloud computing is a reliable solution to solve its scalability of
demand due to the fact that it could minimize expenses linked to purchasing, configuring, lower utility
costs, and reduced staff costs. Cloud computing can be rapidly provisioned and released with minimal
management effort or service provider interaction.
In this summary I will address the benefits of
adopting cloud computing to accomplish the network infrastructure goals.

Cloud Service Providers
There is a plethora of cloud vendors to choose from depending on organizational needs. The most
common are Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. AWS boasts of a
significant market share, and advanced IaaS framework that powers hundreds of thousands of
businesses in regions globally. AWS offers the following benefits: Low cost, agility and instant elasticity,
open and flexible, and secure.
Secondly, Google Cloud allows you to launch google cloud servers in minutes, seamlessly manage
without complications, and includes advanced cache and optimized google servers. Some disadvantages
of google cloud are fewer global data centers, less features and services, and the complex transition from
the cloud to another server.
Microsoft Azure is a hybrid cloud structure that backs in-house hardware as well as information transfers
over the cloud, boasting of the second biggest market share. The platform is known for DevOps,
development of applications, Internet of Things (IoT), and backs every programming language. However,
it lacks self-sufficiency and instead is a manual process.
