Facility Funding
a.
Schools use a wide range of funding options to help cover costs to cover facility funding. Between all the different expenses needed to cover funding an entire facility, without facility funding most of these costs would no be able to be covered. Facility funding comes from many different sources including naming rights, bonds, institutional support, student fees, and funding from local governments.
b.
The Importance of Facility funding Is apparent. Without all these different sources of funding, the facility may not be able to operate. Without a facility, you cannot run your program. Having multiple sources of facility funding as stated above is a must to run a successful program.
2.
Safety and Risk Assessments a.
Safety and risk assessment is a key division to assessing an organization. Making sure you are constantly on top of all policies, procedures, and possible risks in the organization is top priority. There is a 5 step process in Safety and Risk assessments that are stated below Identifying specific potential risks Establishing policy and procedures
Documenting all incidents
Executing the policy and procedures Evaluating continuously

The importance of having Safety and risk assessments is to minimize all potential risks or
incidents. By staying on top of all polices and procedures, most negative incidents can be eliminated with continuous assessments. 3.
Bidding to Host NCAA Postseason Events
a.
When it comes to the NCAA. Things can become quite complicated including the bidding
process. When it comes to bidding for postseason events there are certain regulations and requirements to be able to host a postseason event. For example, some of the requirements being, to provide a specified number of seats in a facility, ample nearby
hotels, experience in hosting comparable events, and a leadership team with demonstrated experience and knowledge in the field.
b.
By using this bidding system, It weeds out any bids and interest that may be unqualified.
With a very strict bidding and hosting process, this allows for an easily flowing, uncomplicated event. If there was no questioning or bidding process involved, the process would become very difficult and complex sorting out who may be eligible.
