As CoCa CoLa, a leader in this industry, considers expanding our digital presence through a mobile app, it is imperative to evaluate the benefits and drawbacks of both Android and iOS. This proposal provides a comprehensive analysis from both user and developer perspectives, and recommends the adoption of the iOS platform for its superior user experience, strong security measures, and affluent user base. Introduction: Mobile applications have become an integral part of modern business strategies, offering unparalleled engagement opportunities for customers and stakeholders. However, choosing the right platform is crucial to ensuring optimal user experience, cost-efficiency, and security. User Perspective: iOS offers a consistently superior user experience over Android due to Apple's strict guidelines and rigorous app review process. The seamless integration of hardware and software in iOS devices results in smoother performance and fewer compatibility issues. Additionally, the consistent design language of iOS apps enhances usability and reduces the learning curve for users. Furthermore, the affluent iOS user base is more likely to spend on premium apps and in- app purchases, presenting a lucrative revenue stream for CoCa CoLa. iOS users also tend to adopt the latest updates quickly, ensuring better app compatibility and support. This aligns with our commitment to providing high-quality, innovative solutions to our customers.

3 Developer Perspective: From a developer's perspective, the iOS ecosystem offers several advantages. The iOS development environment is known for its consistency, making it easier to design and code apps that deliver a seamless experience across different devices ( Clark & Cola, 2017) . Swift, Apple's programming language, is user-friendly and efficient, allowing for faster development and easier debugging. In terms of testing and deployment, iOS benefits from a more controlled environment. Apple's app review process ensures that only high-quality and secure apps are available on the App Store ( Vyas et al., 2019) . This reduces the risk of malware and enhances user trust. Additionally, the fragmented nature of the Android ecosystem requires extensive testing on various devices and versions, increasing development time and costs. Security Considerations: Security is paramount in today's digital age, especially in every industry. iOS has a well- deserved reputation for its robust security features, including stringent data privacy controls, regular security updates, and end-to-end encryption ( Clark & Cola, 2017) . This is particularly important when handling sensitive user data and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. On the other hand, Android's open nature can lead to security vulnerabilities, as seen in the past with malware-infested apps infiltrating the Google Play Store. By choosing iOS, we can assure our customers that their data will be safeguarded and their trust maintained. Conclusion: After a thorough evaluation of both Android and iOS platforms from user and developer perspectives, it is recommended that CoCa CoLa chooses iOS as the platform for our mobile application ( Moravcikova & Kliestikova, 2017) .
