DETAILS OF INCIDENT Date: Wednesday, 3/3/21_____________________ Time: 12.45 pm________ Location: The School Café front of house__________________________________ Describe what happened and how: There was a fight between assistant manager (Kathy) and Chef (Martina). Kathy was pointing fingers at Martina. Martina shows discriminatory language to Kathy. The several junior chefs encouraged abusive behavior encouraging Martina to hit Kathy. The other head server took side with Kathy. Customers saw the incident and walked out the café. The couple with kids would sure the café because their children saw the incident and was traumatized. __________________________________________________________________________ SUGGEST CORRECTIVE ACTIONS 1. There should be meeting with everyone involved in the incident and asked for what happened 2. There should be regular training on law related to anti- discrimination, bullying and harassment. __________________________________________________________________________
