PATIENT SCHEDULING Process
If development were to continue, then there would still be room for other strategies to be
implemented such as finding a way to save on required software. Developing this in house would save money and time as there would not be the need of hiring a third party
vendor should anything need repair. Or there is also the option of purchasing software as a bundle and being able to customize it to your company’s needs.
If purchasing a software bundle is the way an organization will go then this would also help with lower costs because usually when you purchase any type of software or hardware as a bundle you get a discount or a market rate. Upgrading hardware is another way development could be improved because by simply
upgrading the hardware you get improved productivity, boost employee morale, and work will get done efficiently and on time with no delays. Another investigation that should occur if development continues is security. When you upgrade hardware and software you have to be sure your security is working properly. By increasing security protocols, the hardware and software work better without any glitches. This also helps in the ability to keep client information safe from any possible threat actors. 1
