The construction of Hoover Dam was a monumental undertaking in its time (the Great Depression) and place (a hostile desert landscape). Its completion was not achieved without ethical lapses, some of which are described in the movie Hoover Dam
("Modern Marvels") and in other sources. Summarize three (3) aspects of the dam's construction that are eminently questionable from an ethical standpoint. Explain and document succinctly on what grounds and to what extent they were open to criticism in the United States of that era.
